No. Tavita is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It only helps you organize the timing of supplements and medicines you already take. Always follow instructions from your doctor or pharmacist — their guidance overrides anything in the app.

Cancel from your phone's subscription settings — iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged for the next period.

Yes. Your health data stays on your phone in a local database, and there's no account required. Only a few specific features, like AI photo analysis, send limited data off-device, and we never sell your data or show ads. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

Open Tavita's settings, where you can export your data as JSON or PDF, or delete it entirely, at any time. Deleting the app also deletes its local data.

Yes, optionally. Connect it in settings to let Tavita read your sleep and workout data to inform your schedule, and to write supplement-intake records back to Apple Health. This data stays on your device and is never sold or used for ads.
