Refund Policy
Last updated: July 11, 2026
Short version: Apple and Google handle billing, so refunds go through them — here's exactly how.
Who actually bills you
All Tavita Pro purchases are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play — never directly by Tavita. That means refunds are issued through them, following their own refund process and timelines. We're happy to help you get there.
Refunds on iOS (Apple App Store)
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID you used to subscribe.
- Find Tavita Pro in your purchase history.
- Select Request a refund, choose a reason, and submit.
Apple decides refund requests according to its own App Store terms — Tavita doesn't have the ability to approve or deny them. Apple typically responds within 24–48 hours.
Refunds on Android (Google Play)
Within 48 hours of purchase
- Open your order history at play.google.com/store/account (or Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history on your device).
- Find the Tavita Pro order and request a refund directly through Google Play.
After 48 hours
- Email support@tavita.app with your Google Play order number (it looks like
GPA-…, found in your order history). - We'll issue the refund through the Play Console on our end.
Managing or cancelling your subscription
Cancelling stops future renewals — it doesn't automatically refund a charge that already went through.
- iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
- Android:Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
The 3-day annual trial
The annual plan starts with a 3-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged at all — there's nothing to refund. If the trial has already converted to a paid subscription, use the Apple or Google steps above.
Still stuck?
Email support@tavita.app. We can't process App Store or Play Store refunds ourselves, but we'll point you to the right place and help however we can.
